I have been trying to guess when it’s time to build a new house by checking ages and sexes of the new laborers. My problem is that they turn into adults at 12 but when I have two 12 year olds one male and one female and I build a new house, only one of them moves in. Should I be waiting until they are older before I build the house? Do they have to be older to move in together? I have even waited for them to get older to see if another person moves in with them but they don’t. I have also tried demolish/reclaim and the same person just moves back into the house.
