The glass factory is a building for glass production and further processing. Glassmakers will produce this special building material from quarz sand which has to be mined from river beds. Potash and charcoal are necessary for the glassmaking process as well. To the left of the factory a specialized storage extension can be built.

The worker if added carries all needed raw materials for glass making to the storage and takes away glass that was put there by workers of the factory. Without worker people can use it as storage as well but nobody actively manages it. That’s the idea.

For the glass storage, i’m confused as to why you can assign a worker to it and the difference between ‘provide raw materials’ and ’empty storage’ in the drop-down menu. Also what difference does setting it to work/no work make?
